Clean Eating – Healthy and without convenience foods
Entire volumes could be written about nutrition. To explain our consistent nutritional concept to you at this point would go too far. We clearly advocate a low-carb diet. This is because empty carbohydrates and sugar in particular are extremely harmful to your body: cereals, gluten, glucose and glyphosphate – we like to call them the four Gs of physical decline.
We advise against a strict vegetarian and vegan diet. Too many deficiencies appear in the blood count. However, when it comes to meat and fish, it should always be of the highest quality – especially when it comes to animal welfare. This can certainly be found in Switzerland in particular. You just have to ask around a little.
The best foods
Swiss salmon, for example, is free from hormones, antibiotics and other harmful chemicals. And it provides you with the best omega-3 fatty acids. Some small, specialized butchers in Switzerland also know their trade inside out and provide discerning customers with the best quality meat. Meat should also be a high-quality part of the meal, treated with care and respect, and its consumption should be celebrated.
Otherwise, the motto is: lots of good fats, e.g. from MCT or C8 oil, nothing that causes your blood sugar to skyrocket – and of course lots of plant-based food! If you leave out nightshade vegetables such as tomatoes and eggplants and limit yourself to tart fruit and berries from your home country, there’s not much that can go wrong!
Just eat the best. Your body doesn’t need the rest!

In general, the paleo-ketogenic diet is recommended. Ketogenic diets have a huge impact on the health of your cardiovascular system and brain. This means that we have almost banished the big killers of our time. “Paleo” ensures that you avoid industrially processed foods as far as possible. And now we have clean eating!
