epiAge Test – How old are you really? Decode your biological age!
While chronological age simply represents the number of years we have spent on this earth, biological age reflects the condition of our cells, genes and tissue or the length of our telomeres. The true age of a person is therefore less a question of years of life than of biology and available life energy. Due to a corresponding lifestyle, we are increasingly seeing a divergence between the chronological and biological age of our patients. Not always in the desired sense. We know innovative ways and treatments that can effectively influence biological age in the desired direction.
Biological Age – Age is just a number!
After analyzing hundreds of epigenetic markers, Steve Horvarth developed the first epigenetic “clock” in 2011 – and thus a new method for calibrating aging.
This biological clock measures certain epigenetic patterns associated with aging and disease and compares the result to what would normally be expected for someone your age. You may look or feel younger than expected, but this clock puts a number on it and tells you if you are really aging slower than most other people.
The number referred to as your biological age can be older or younger than the years you count on each birthday. Fifty can be the new 40. But 50 can also feel – and look – like 60.

Turning back the biological clock – with state-of-the-art epigenetics
Do you even want to know your biological age? But only if you can positively influence the results and turn the biological clock properly. Get a little younger every day!
And this is where epigenetics comes into play. It influences us throughout our lives – from embryonic development to ageing. Some epigenetic changes accumulate over the years like the age rings of a tree. This process is influenced by your environment and the things you do and don’t do. For example, certain behaviors such as healthy eating, exercise and strength training or meditation have a rejuvenating effect on the aging process, while bad habits age us faster. We can also rejuvenate the body at the cellular level with the help of blood tuning, infusions, supplements and biohacking.
If we know your biological age, we can take targeted measures to rejuvenate your epigenetic pattern and thus your biological age. In addition, lifestyle changes can be implemented with much more motivation if you know what your biological clock is showing. Perhaps you are already on the right track? Perhaps it can still be optimized? Or maybe now is the best time to change your life and lifestyle? Live longer, better, more energetically!
