Step 1: Initial consultation
Alexander Sahmel will take 30-40 minutes for your initial consultation. Time to listen to you and to discuss your issues, wishes and ideas. This consultation can take place in person or, for international patients, via video. It will be a pleasure for us to inform you about the costs when you arrange your appointment.
Step 2: Blood sampling
Following the initial consultation, the blood sample is taken for the blood tuning. The blood sample can also be taken elsewhere – please contact us. Blood tuning is at the heart of our diagnostics and the treatment measures based on it. Therefore it is essential.
Step 3: Discussion of medical findings
Blood is a special juice. The examination of a fine-meshed network of blood values can make a lasting difference to the lives of seriously ill patients as well as professional athletes or senior citizens.
Around three weeks after the blood sample has been taken, you will receive your highly individualized analysis. In a personal consultation, Alexander Sahmel will tell you everything he can glean from your values based on his experience from thousands of blood tests. This consultation can also take place in person or by video.
This consultation is the introduction to your personal, highly precise, participative and preventive Health & Longevity concept.
Step 4: Checking the blood values again
After approx. 3-6 months of treatment, we take a control blood count, which shows us how successfully you are responding to the recommended measures and where there is still a need for further optimization.
Self-paying patients only
The Swiss Center for Health & Longevity run by doctor Alexander Sahmel is open to all patients who receive treatment at their own expense or whose treatment costs are covered by a company, organization or embassy.
Payment is made after the treatment. We ensure the greatest possible cost transparency at all times and will inform you of the costs incurred prior to treatment. Please contact us!
